Cancellation Policy

To reserve your appointment and compensate our cleaners fairly, we require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposit Requirement A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Deposit amount: Standard clean: $50 Deep clean / Move-in / Move-out: $75–$100 (depending on service size) The deposit is applied toward your total service cost on the day of cleaning. Cancellations & Reschedules: 48+ Hours’ Notice You may cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment with: No additional charges Deposit fully credited to a future booking (must be used within 60 days) 24–48 Hours’ Notice Cancellations or reschedules within 24–48 hours of the appointment: Deposit is forfeited No additional fees charged Less Than 24 Hours / Same-Day / Lockouts Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to provide access: Deposit is forfeited Up to 100% of the remaining service balance may be charged Recurring Service Clients Skipping or canceling two consecutive appointments without proper notice may result in: Loss of recurring pricing Requirement of a deposit for future bookings Emergencies We understand emergencies happen.
